如何在一台pc上安裝中英文兩套操作係統？

請教高手，如何在一台pc上安裝中英文兩套操作係統？如何按需要分別啟動操作係統？
例如：下載的應用軟件隻能在中文操作係統下運行，此時我隻想啟動中文係統，而平時隻用英文係統。如何在一台電腦上實現？
我現有windows xp operating system, 可否再安裝windows xp chinese operating system? 如果可以，如何安裝？請指教。
