on your computer (that is, in addition to your C: drive a machine usually has, you have other local hard drive(s) like D: or more). You can install the Chinese XP on the partition other than the one your English XP resides. The installation process should be the same as you install your first one. Once done, when you start your computer, you will see two XP versions listed and you can pick any one to boot. However if you only have one partition on your computer (that is, you only have C: drive), you will have to create a new partition first. Depending on whether you want to keep the current data on your C: drive, you may have to use third-party partition software (like Partition Magic) to do it. Installing the same OS (though different language) into one partition is always not recommended.
