“領導啊,最近你一直在幫我分擔工作,我真得謝謝你。我們組從兩年前的四個人變成現在就我一個,好處是我把流程做了優化,隻保留必須做的部分,效率特別高。但說實話,我的工作量一直不小,之前沒想給你添麻煩,一直沒提。
這次你出手相助,確實幫我減輕了不少壓力,真的很感謝。不過咱們組的活兒越來越多,你那邊高層次的工作肯定也會越來越多。這些具體的工作,是不是像你前兩天提到的,趕快招幾個人來做?
新人一旦招進來,我可以幫你一起帶,盡快讓他們上手。現在我可以專注在你希望我負責的方向,以後跟客戶聯係時把你加上,由你把把關。
XX, you've been helping me a lot with my workload lately, and I really want to thank you for that. Our team went from four people two years ago to just me now. On the upside, I streamlined the processes to focus only on what truly needs to be done, which made things very efficient. But honestly, the workload has been heavy. I didn’t want to add your stress, so I never brought it up.
Now that you've stepped in, it's taken a lot off my plate, I really appreciate it. That said, our team’s work keeps growing, and your own high-level responsibilities must be increasing too. For these day-to-day tasks, should we go ahead and hire a few people like you mentioned the other day?
Once we bring new people in, I can help you train them so they can ramp up quickly. I'd like to focus on the areas you want me to lead now. In addition, how about when communicating with clients, I’ll loop you in so you can review things as needed?"
這次談話的目的是:
1. 感謝領導/表功(我幹了好多活兒,你也看到了。)
2. 問明白你的職責,領導想讓你做什麽。
3. 為以後的升職做準備。如果領導同意你的提案,以後可以要求新人麵談時你也參加,這樣你有了相對的決定權聘誰不聘誰,同時建立了在新人麵前的威信。再以後就可以談你的潛在職位,升職長薪了。
