It distracts her mind. Do not let it explain anything.
Focus on solving problems. After solving the ones she is responsible for, try to understand the ones others are responsible for and let the boss know that her picture is large.
Know not only the "how," but more importantly the "why."
Work is only part of her identity. Have a life outside of the office.
Let people know that she is there to get paid, plenty, so that she can have an interesting life elsewhere. She takes nothing personally and always wears a business grin.
Feeling never enters her voice or vocabulary.
