再一次請求大家的建議？謝謝！

今天得到了老板的書麵offer letter, salay 比他那天當場offer的還要每月少$1800,比我上個工作年薪低了4萬多，本來他當時offer的是低於我前麵一個工作2萬多的年薪。這個是regular job, 有保險和401k account，小公司，10多個人，老板是猶太人，老板娘是印度人，兩個人是co-founders, 下周一還有一個contractors Job的麵試，該怎麽辦呢？謝謝！
