reply this email, copy everybody in. ask 老哥們don't send this daily email to 小哥 as he doesn't want to see your working progress，also ask if anybody want to receive this email everyday , suggest 老哥們only send to the people who wants to receive this email.

當然，as a manager， 你第一要說 i would like to see this email on the daily basis... thank you very much for doing this...
