實際上這麽大年紀還老教新課已經是很強的signal了，老教新課就沒時間做研究，新課這麽大年紀也不一定教得好。Chair很油，做的

也沒錯---至少站在學校的立場看的話。

我覺得這麽大年紀了，不肯退休肯定是想做研究。不如跟學校做個deal，自己退或半退（少教課），多花點時間做研究，反正這年紀已經可以拿退休金了。
