組裏同事花了1個多月，還是不能夠解決一個問題，

這個事情是老板分配給他去做的。

我認為我能夠提供solution，並且offer幫助，他沒有回應。
不解決這個問題，阻礙了我的一個工作。我是準備解決它。

問題是，我應該怎麽合情合理地解釋我插手這件事的理由？

比如說，否則我的工作進度回受影響？
