小公司的政治?

以技術骨幹身份加入這個還沒有技術部門的全新小公司，從無到有的建立了其中一個一個技術部門，其間一直向我的頭兒A report(A comes in later than me), 現在A 要招一個專管我的技術部門的頭兒B，雖然我一直幻想自己可以做到B的位置。open position 已經貼了出來， 我剛巧看到，所以A 還沒有正式跟我提到。下一步怎麽走? A 跟我表麵上關係不錯， 我把他的事情自覺做的也不錯，現在覺得很憋屈，跟公司其他同事都處得很好， 然後也學了不少東西。大家覺得下一步應該怎麽做?
