方式不對啊。1.北美不忌諱當麵鑼對麵鼓的有話直說,確實不該像潑婦那樣吵。但是 raise your voice 是給予理解的。2.幾乎所有單位都鼓勵領導要用professional manner的。3.當然做到泰山崩於前而色不變是高手了。如果領導失態了,即使是你的錯誤,大可以抓住他這種unprofessional manner. 大聲的ask him"WHY? Why you do this? You are an importent member of the team, this will make the team looks very unprofessional, I was wrong, however,please!please stop doing this!" 大家覺得遇到這樣情況對方怎麽回答呢?
