Never ask for s title or award or a salary

increase but always ask for more challenges  and responsibilities and alway ask for a lead in project. And always say thank you very much for your believing in me and letting me to lead the projects.  And always say that I understand why I did not the lead in some projects.  That is the way how to talk your supervisor any time and any where. That is just the way you should do  You will see why you should do so in one or two years or in your career in future. Many of our fellow Chinese simply do not understand very well how they should communicate with their boss or their co-workers.
