剛上班，要注意些什麽？

大家好，最近找到工作剛上班，菜鳥我以前完全不懂職場規則，以致碰碰撞撞死了都不知道怎麽死的那種。這次重新出發想問問大家剛上班要注意什麽？之前看到有大俠說剛開始經理心裏就會有個評估定性，之後對你的看法可能就很難變了，所以一開始就要注意給個好印象。回想起來，挺同意的。大家還有什麽其他tips嗎？先謝過了！
