下一步如何做？

 原部門工作時，不開心。和manager還有過節。主要是manager的錯。我也沒有據理力爭。 跳到另外一家公司工作。現在原單位的另一部門一個open position是match我的經驗和skill。我一完成了第一次interview。第一次interview隻考了技術。 第二次interview的通知已告訴我了。是各級manager麵試。  請問再interview麵試時問到原部門是的工作該如何回答。
