when you internalized all/whatever applicable of the aspects of leadership, you will not be confused as much. You will just feel it's part of you, gut-feelings.
不過不是老外大學學leadership, :)女兒二年級就開始Leadership traing了， 如 how to lead a panel discussion, how to do the public speech, etc. 這就是像native language一樣的內化訓練呀。 mindset is the "set" inside your mind, not "bookset" or "talkset", :) :)
