不要還得，一般不會被要求簽書麵合同

他的合同寫的是before two years－－－－meant  after two full years starting the third year。

就跟pto accrual一樣， three years  or five years，都是after 的意思， 即 effective the fourth year， 和 the sixth year。。。。
