(5)在我休假期間開始指揮我們部門唯一跟我做過那個數據庫的data analyst (authority)
(6)讓我去team presentation, 然後team的人隻邀請我參加會議(aggressive)
So, you have your own agenda, you need authority to direct others, you need exposure in front the management, you need capacity to win over Sr. Director ......nothing wrong with your desires.....but you picked a fight every time your desire was not fufilled.....
As I often joked with my colleagues , an "expert" is such a person who is able to provide technical solution to support a political issue, or to solve a technical issue with political solution, depending on which way could maximize own his interest. Look at people around you, they are experts, aren't they.
