嗬嗬，同意美國公司管理追求目標是lean, 其實哪個國家的公司管理都是這樣，

對於VP對她說的，我感覺是對她的push, 哪個老板不push, 哪份工作不是一上來就讓你馬上上手，哪有什麽培訓的？都是卷起袖子，幹起來，是騾子是馬，拿出來溜溜。對於一個新人來說，剛進一家公司，除了要快速進入角色，還要善於察言觀色，了解公司的內部動向。
