甲。美國公司管理的追求目標就是： lean and mean -- 人越少越好，人越 mean 越好！這是實質，外頭搞的花頭越好看越好。恭喜您：您開始看到了 business essence!因為您看到了VP對您的評價 -- 他當然很 mean，越往上越 mean，但他讓您看到了問題的實質 -- you have no direction, you are delivering anything, it's quite possible you don't have any value, and probably you just have to go.

Solution? -- Figure out everything on your own! Because that's your job, and you get paid for that! So, for that purpose, try your best to get help from anybody possible -- be very nice to them, kiss them!
