四十大媽丟 IT 工作，是不是隻能做 agent 了？

IT industry 現在飽和，, 四十大媽丟 IT 工作，是不是隻能做 'agent' 了？

和勞工法的 attorney 谘詢過，州裏是很少保護 employee 的利益的，雇主可以用任何理由解雇員工，不管多麽不合理的理由.

創業，做 'agent'？ 做 agent 也不容易，和人打交道，收入不穩定。。。什麽類型的 agent？我應該怎麽辦？非常感謝!
