關於老中和老印的攻防，我也補充一點

老印比老中更能接近美國的做事方式，這要承認。美國職場是一個競爭的環境 （天朝現在更是），在這裏不能期望一幫老夫子你好，我好，大家好那樣的環境。在這樣的環境裏國人的（瞎）謙虛已經成了拖後腿的東西。你首先要證明你厲害，這是首要的任務，之後謙虛才會被別人認作你的修養；當你還是默默無聞的時候，謙虛會被當作軟弱，無能。

另外，老中開會時不積極發言，這是個很大的缺陷。老印不管三七二十一先說個百分之四十正確的主張，；老中一般會上不說話，看手機，給人不關心的感覺。就算我們會後想了個主意，在下次開會時提出來，老板的想法是“這事情不是上次討論了嗎？這個會是考慮下一步的”， 覺得我們很out, 不像老印那樣緊跟形勢。
