就是不match，這是個錯誤，把它糾正了就好了 -- terminate the employment。

至於說，九個小時十個小時的事，那是非常 un-formal conversation, trying to make it work (so the guy can stay), 顯然這個老板的 approach 也不 work， if he does not try that, just terminates it earlier, everything will be better. -- And we all will be better off.

個人認為這是對中國文化的認識：都需要更現實一點，想 terminate, 馬上就幹，不要留時間。（當然，在雇傭期間，錢要給足 -- market level, 不要指望那些個什麽小恩小惠。）
