奧,很久很久以前,我對著鏡子出聲地練過。有點幫助,主要是習慣聽到自己的聲音,調節到自然的語速和音調。

謝謝。從小不會在公眾講話,報了一個Toastmaster, 還是比較發怵。感覺跟打仗一樣。
