英文用詞請教

今天麵試了一個人，女性，年齡大約40 不到，可能比我小幾歲。性格比較外向活潑。我挺喜歡的。但有個女同事事後對我說她對我不尊重。原因是老板告訴她這個職位由我負責培訓。她就對我說"so you are my go-to girl". 我是沒在意，沒覺得有不妥，女同事覺得是大問題。過來請教各位大拿。 是不是我對有些英文詞的敏感度不夠高?
