如果英文是給HR看的需要把結構改一下

首先，你的論點＂ this is another excuse to force me to leave in order to satisfy the demand by a newly tenured faculty member in the department, Dr. B.＂太單薄。office politics雖然卑鄙，但是在HR的層麵上並不違法。

你的論點應該是they let me go without proper cause，and the action harms university。

第一，let go without proper cause，就是以前的bogus bad review，還有就是在你同意當associate director的情況下，overqualify不是一個足夠的原因。你看看http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overqualification 設計一下你的論點來回應可能的借口。

你不需要證明他們背後的動機是什麽, 你對他們的指控不能太詳細, 因為你也是猜（如果你說A是討好B，他們完全可以借口另外一個原因），你要證明他們的原因not proper。

第二，the action harms the university。主要是說你的經驗，對學校和專業的熟悉程度，包括Dr. C, D, E, F對你的評價，說明把你fire掉對學校是一個損失，等等。

總之，寫辯論信不要寫流水帳，而是把事實集合起來為論點服務。沒有好的論點，事實就是散兵遊勇。
