講講我看到的一個老印吧，參加過他的一個電話會議，heated discussion，幾個老美向他開炮，一下是發向他的一些炮彈：this is not your job, ...,
I clearly told you we are not going to do it, ..., I think your understanding about the policy is completely wrong, ...This is a waste of my time for this conf call, ...這個老印卻能談笑風生，好比我踩一下你的尾巴，看你嘰喳亂叫，我卻邊笑邊談，最後會議的結果證明，誰先動怒了，誰先激動了，誰就先輸了，誰一開始就笑，誰就能笑到最後。這個老印的情商真是讓我頂禮膜拜啊！
