"現在心裏很難受！也曾找過新工作，有個offer,工資和現在相仿，但總體來講不如現在的compensation,再加上不是project lead, 也不會象現在這樣有direct report,就沒選。總的來講，我現在的工資在業界還是偏高的，想找比現在強的工作也不易。可是現在在這實在憋氣！"
