接電話的時候可以這樣說：

Thank you for your efforts to help me finding a job.  I don't need your service right now, please stop calling me and take me off from your calling list.

這句話要一口氣說完。對方如果要插話，堅持接著說，哪怕兩個人同時自說自話。如果他還接著糾纏，運用破唱片戰術，翻來覆去重複上麵一句話，加上：Can you do that for me?


下一步，如果有他的地址，寫封要回帖的掛號信。沒有，寫一封電郵。

Dear Mr./Ms. So and So,

Thank you for your efforts to help me finding a job.  I don't need your service right now, please stop calling me and take me off from your calling list.

Sincerely yours,

So and So

法律上，如果接電話的人要求把名字從名單上取掉，電話推銷公司一定要照辦。我不知道這條法律是否對中介也有效，不過一般人看到這樣語氣正式的信，應該明白，停止給你打電話。如果他實在不明白，下一步就是找律師起草正式警告信了。
