大家幫忙指點下. 2 個多星期前拿到一個小的軟件公司offer. 在那差不多同期, 還有 2 個我更想去的opportunity 正在INTERVIEW PROCESS 中. 昨天同時得到那個更想去的 ON SITE INTERVIEW 的 FEEDBACK. Surprisingly , they use the same reason to turn me down :" we think xxx is an excellent candidate, but we feel we need a more senior resource".
問題是:
1. 我的工作經驗, TITILE, 和 PAST SALARY HISTORY, 都是senior level 的, 自己感覺INTERVIEW 得也順利, 大部分題都答上來了. need a more senior resource 是否隻是一個普遍拒絕的理由?
2. 我感覺自己可能表現得過於EARNEST 想去了, THEY ASK DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? I SAID I THINK I CAN HANDLE THE JOB SUPERBLY AND WILL BE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY...YOU GUYS ANSWERED MOST OF MY QUESTIONS ALREADY. THANKS!!! 有時候發現太earnest 別人反倒不搭理你`. 大家有沒有相同感覺.?
