I asked about opinion in my last post.
Today I had a talk with my boss and said I would like at least try to improve my performance....he outlined my workload one by one and highlighted the deadline/due date in red ink. Then he sent me this through email.
I am just trying to 爭取 as much time as possible for me to find another job , even though I know it's hard to find job that quickly. But I have two more questions .
1). could this above stated work task / dead line type of email serve as what is usually called as PIP (performance improvement plan)?
2), if let's say, after two weeks, he announce to me he would like to let me go since my performance still not as expected...can I present resignation letter right at that time? if so, what counts ? resignation or lay off? Bottom line is I want to resign instead of having record of being laid off.
earnestly and urgently wait for the response....
thanks !!!
next step?
