Thank you for your reply. I don't think hr is involved now. It is not easy for me to find a new job immediately. I am always trying though. My concern is that if what he laid out in email is also a form of pip. Then I might let go very quickly, because those deadlines are in next 2 weeks. I think if so, I might as well just resign.
