雞勒一樣的工作要不要

上個月底投了第一個簡曆。是一個學校的research 單位。昨天麵試了一天，感覺所有的人都非常滿意，做完presentation, 那個中心的頭趕過來跟我說一再說謝謝，跟一個associate provost談了一個小時，老頭很聰明，對我評價非常高。後來又是幾番輪流麵試或者談話。最後未來的直接上司跟我說了一堆他們的budget是怎麽算，學校是怎麽配的，繞了一堆話，說了一個那個level裏麵最低的工資，我本來想著我至少也在mi-point上，合理的應該是75% percentile， 聽了那個數字，我簡直都要吐了。我也沒期望人家給跟外麵市場上一樣的錢，但是至少應該是在那個level裏麵的合理工資啊！當然，人家也沒問我的要求，直接說其他了。這個工作的內容，我還算比較喜歡的，活不少，但是我能夠很輕鬆的應付，工作比較穩定，算state job，福利比較好，離家近，可以早上7點上班，下午3點下班，顧得上孩子。但是那點錢估計是我在市場上找到工作的一半還不到。回來跟老公一說，人家直接說別去了，那點淺給得讓他都覺得丟人，感覺人家在大發叫花子。我感覺他們在take advantage of me, 既想讓馬幹活， 又不想給吃草。是不是覺得我是外國人好欺負啊？ 他們都比較關心我的身份問題，我告訴他們是綠卡，他們鬆了口氣。 估計下周他們就會給正式offer, 到時怎麽negotiate比較好？要是真的他們不加錢或加的很少很少，我還真的不知道自己會不會去，不去覺得可惜，去了覺得憋屈！！找工作的過程太難受了，我還真想早點結束啊！！大家給點建議和意見吧！！我承認我想偷懶也沒自信，就是害怕繼續找工作！！
