I came to US for graduate school after getting BS from USTC.  My babies were born here.

Hope that most people in my generation do not have the English problem.  In USTC, after sophomore, for some Lab courses, our reports were written in English up to 50% of the content, because the teachers had strong background with some working experience in US Lab, when they taught, they used to use English for certain parts....

I enjoyed the openness and the fairness of the graduate schools here very much, but with no idea of how it is run in China, no way to compare. The training in US graduate school does emphasize well-rounded skills, from experimental skills, to written and to oral presentation skills.

highly support those who follow the 8/9-5 schedule, it's important for us who has young families.  :)
