急問關於negotiate salary的問題

上個禮拜五給了口頭offer，HR在電話裏說了salary和benefit，問我是否能接受，我說OK。
其實對salary有點不滿意，說OK因為著急掛電話（當時二娃正在樓下嚎啕大哭）
這個禮拜五發來的書麵offer，裏麵是口頭答應的價錢。我於是按這裏高人給的句型回信：Is the salary negotiable? I am making XXX with 10% bonus and benifts(1,2,3). Can you offer XXX+2k instead?
一直沒回信。剛剛發現HR下午來電話留了message，說收到我的郵件很shock，價錢不是都談好了嗎？
已經5點多了，今天來不及回電話。打算回一個email，周一打電話。

我現在很心虛，按老土老絲的路子是拿到書麵offer後negotiate，對方是在虛張聲勢還是真的很shocking啊。
我真想直接說：算了，就這麽著吧，我老老實實上班去了。但又有點不甘心。
大家能不能給出出主意。是算了還是繼續堅持？堅持的話有什麽注意事項？
