HR要求填寫的Preliminary Questionnaire， 不是behavior的問題

 

1.列舉相關的經曆。
這個問題是否需要很詳細描述，並且加上實例？因為說的是describe experience，是否說一段時間內的，如果我之前和目前的工作都相關，是舉其中一個還是都列舉？
-- List all your important experiences, oneline one item. Example:
Set up and supported more then 70 production Oracle Databases at Microhoo.

2.describe the areas of development related to position
這個問題我有些困惑，這是主要針對什麽方麵問的？
-- Fill the information which can sellyourself for the job.

3.目前的工資和期待的工資範圍。
現在就要說麽？有沒有比較模糊的回答方式，但是不會影響職位申請？
-- Some candidate didn't fill this question, get hired.
-- Some candidate gve a number for this question,still not hired.
-- You do not have to answer right now.
-- You may need fill in a number to let the program go if you fill the form on internet.
