Well, I really don't. It must be hard to

recruit a good engineer nowaday. :)  In her email, she said "impressed by  your XX (school), XX and XXX (companies) experiences".  I only have worked for two giant companies in US and, hold a nice engineering title.  But that's nothing special about it, or is that?  I hope they must know there is a reason that I stay with the current company and only something really impressive can move me. :)  Or they just want to know some insider information about our products? :)
