thank you fore your reply. my problem is that i don't have a green card. few companies is willing to sponsor my green card. This is the only company I got interview that is willing to sponsor my green card.

my current company is also willing to sponsor my green card, that's the reason I feel "shall i go or shall I stay?" a swicth is not bad in the long term but in short term I have to spend too much time to learn those new skills by myself.
