看了你的文，我感覺 你可能 有legal ground to file

grievance for racial discrimination. 前提是 她對其它非亞裔員工 跟對你的不同standards：利用一切機會讓你日子難過，要病假條，你發給她的 Copy 還要打印出來，給你加 projects, 還提前你的 deadline...  你要做足功課，document evidence, 收集證據， 不要怕。 太多中國人 很窩囊，不敢站起來捍衛自己權益。 你在政府工作，這方麵 你更不要怕。 有保護的，Retaliation is illegal. 在你的relieve 裏， 你可以提出 換 supervisor.

他們不敢動你的。你們HR 應有 file grievance 的 程序， 一般 是要先 與 你要 complain 的人溝通。 不要怕，你要有底氣。
