Accenture basiclly has 3 workforces:

1. Consultant - best benefit, high salary, most training opportunites, but requires to 100% travel unless you are assigned local project, 8 weeks bench time between the assignement.

2. Service - most like consultant per benefit, salary, but no bench time, no accenture training except project need based training, if you do not lcated the next position in the current project, then you are out after roll off from the current project, most likely 100% travel as well

3. Solutions - local team, not require travel unless you cannot find local project and have to stay with them, less benefit, lower salary, has some training opportunity, 8 weeks bench time as well, good for the person who has family/kids, you can work from home...

If you have a good manager on the project, it is easy, otherwise it is very tough...  Good luck!
