Excellent training opportunity, parallel with experience consultant on client site, you may be assigned on different roles in the next 20-3 yrs, and you have to improve people skill and technical skill to survive in Accenture, after 3-5 yrs there, you should be very strong to look a position outside of Accenture. Not that much Chinese people in Accenture, a lot of Indians, Accenture requires high communication skills people.
