My problem is I thought I am stronger than my boss in technical aspects. I was stupid enough to chanllege them and disobey their orders  openly which I thought those were stupid. When I was fried last time, my manage escorted me out of the building and he told me that you don't have any skill problem and your design is very good; The probem is that you want to be a hero but I only need a soldier to obey my orders even you don't agree.
