求教：請問背景調查跟簡曆中的Title如果出現出入會不會成為大問題？

簡曆中的title是這樣的
Architect/Programmer Analyst

實際情況是，公司HR裏的記錄是Programmer Analyst。但老板給印的名片是Architect。而實際工作中二者都做（到外麵開會就用Architect）。
而工資水平更接近Architect的水平（通過一個以前HR朋友，知道比Programmer Analyst的年薪水平高很多）。

請問，如果簡曆上的title那樣寫，再做背景調查發現隻有Programmer Analyst，會不會有很大問題？！
