隻能在這一個公司工作

在現在的公司做了10年了。公司對我不錯。幾次給獎金挽留。我也做的還挺舒服的。今天突然意識到再這麽呆下去，這輩子可能沒有換工作的機會了。一個是從新適應別的公司會多一些effort，另一個角度，雇人的公司會覺得你經驗太單一。這麽下去，隨著年齡的增加，競爭性會越來越低。想到這輩子還有20年，可能隻能在這一個公司工作，突然很sad。大家都是怎麽想的？
