背景調查與EEOC

我因 file EEOC 被單位辭退已經兩三個月了，一直在找工作，還沒找到，因為已經沒了工作可能很難再找到。不過最近麵試過的一個公司據說在準備給Offer，但是需要做背景調查。我擔心的是如果背景調查查出我曾經file了EEOC，會不會就被拒了？背景調查能查出EEOC來嗎？如果他們跟原單位聯係，原單位會說出去嗎？他們會跟單位打電話嗎？如果打的話都問什麽？我是否應該跟單位和解撤掉這個案子？現在還來得及嗎？應該怎麽做最好？
