When I came to this job 2 years ago . I was so naive that believed with a kind heart, open character, technology background and hard work , I could fit in any job. I witnessed so many people quit and every time the boss would say: "only the best of best can survive here, and those disqualified have to leave". Like many Chinese suggested, 自我反省，尋找自身原因. Two years passed, finally I realized by countless examples, to be along with *****s, one will either becomes *****s or has Stockholm syndrome. We deserve better.
