Keep or fire？

我部門一個白人老太太，其實也不老，才50歲而已。能力比較低，不太能解決複雜的問題，特emotional，愛哭。比較懶惰，我們部門有一個男的不忙的時候去幫她，人家來幫她了，她倒插著雙手在邊上看著，平時也是能偷懶就偷懶。而且一天溜到樓下十幾次smoke break。有時會狡辯撒點小慌。不過這位女士又挺苦命的，老公前兩年死了，倆兒子死了一個就剩下一個，這一個去年又得了絕症，治療欠下了一百多萬的醫療費，據她說她現在就是在給醫院打工還債。

她的試用期快到了，是留下還是走人？
