Your group's evaluation process

doesn't sound normal at all.  It is also not conforming to your company's policy.  How did your manager get away from it?   That is really strange for a Fortune 1000 company.
At your signature place, can you put comments as well?  If you have a chance, you could put that you disagree with the process that you are not given a chance for putting self-evaluation.  You singuature denote acknoledgement not agreement with the evaluation provided to you.
If you are going to 忍受這個屈辱 is a very hard question for the by-standers to answer.  It is really what you want to do.  Try to think along the line that
what you get out of it and if it is worth it for your career developement for take it for a limited period of time. 
What is your short-term goal, and long-term goal?
