這樣的OFFER靠譜嗎？

Perficient Inc. - a consulting company

兩個interview, 兩個星期前跟 director phone interview, 上星期 跟 director 的老板 phone interview. 今天HR 說要給 OFFER。 我驚訝的問， 沒有 face to face 啦？ 她說不需要， 我的 background 和 interview 很好， 可以給 offer 了。 我強烈質疑， 有這樣子給工作的嗎？ 有沒有過這樣的經驗？我的擔心是會不會容易得也容易失去啊？ 

這裏有人在 perficient 工作過嗎？ 這公司靠譜？
