My lawyer write a counter offer, mainly on two legal ground:
1. Long time low pay: I am the lowest pay at my level.
2. Wrongful termination: I was only one laid off, after my medical leave while we are very busy
I have been there the longest, the most qualify - CPA
We are asking for half year settlement, my company has been ignore the request.
The 21 days is up on April 15th.
What options do I have?
Now I am willing to sigh it since I found my job so quickly, but minimum I need my other potential employer has limited access to my personnel file.
