I should've offered to take this matter into my own hands and I might just do that if things don't improve.
No 2 has already been done a couple times giving him the benefit of doubt and consider things from his perspective.
No 3 is what is being done with him. But we have a small team everyone needs to carry their own weight. It's a headache.
No 4 is what I have debated myself for a while. Could backfire since it damages my teams reputation and people and ultimately me. But it might have to happen in order for me to do No 1.
