Highland Park 是有名的富人區，學區很好

我知道有不少人是特意去那租房子住，上好學校的。它的好處是競爭比 PLANO 區小，孩子排名容易靠前。如果在 PLANO 區，由於華人較多，排前不容易。

上班距離和價格是成反比的。如果要上班近，又要好學區，價格肯定下不來。

如果不介意上班遠一點，可考慮 Allen、McKinney、Fricsco 這些新區。房價比較適中，學校也不錯。
